I know, the first thing you want to know are the prices, so here you go:
COSTS:
$5 - Entry fee (covers the cost of making numbers)
$15 - Drag entry
$15 - Drift entry
$25 - Auto-x entry
$15 - Camping per site per night. Each team has agreed to get at least 3 sites each. By doing this the campground is going to waive the extra charges for multiple cars and tents. Basically $90 total to split between us.
$15 - Saturday night banquet. Its a fundraiser being put on by the Packwood City Fire Department. Dinner is supposed to be 1/2 BBQ chicken, baked potato, corn on the cob, beans, and a drink. They will also draw the auto-x wild card 4th driver randomly at the banquet.
Craig also suggested that if we each throw in $10 or so, we can buy food in bulk and have enough for everyone for the weekend.

GENERAL INFO:
Nitrous oxide will be legal for the drags, but you must prove you have disconnected or removed it for drift and auto-x. There will be 2 drag lanes, about 1/8th mile, but runs will not be side by side. They will probably run one lane while the other stages to speed things up.
There will also be two drift tracks, one for points drivers and one for non-points drivers, judges for both. Both will run at the same time, again, to speed things up.
The teams that have registered so far are: NWAA(the organizers), CarFreaks, Northwest Nissans, Northwest Datsuns, Rear Wheel Drive (they have so many drivers they are gonna be fielding two teams), Dirty Drifters, Street Sweepers, TSDNW, and The Midnighters.
Each driver will have their own three digit number. The first character in the number represents the team, Touge Spec will be "A", followed by the two digit driver number. You can pick your own numbers, or if you dont, I will assign one to you.
We will choose 4 drivers to compete for points for each of the events. Except auto-x, where we choose 3 drivers, then the 4th will be chosen at random from the rest of the drivers registered to run auto-x. Bonus points are awarded for extra drivers in each event. More bonus points are awarded if the drivers are female.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IF YOU WANT TO GO:
1-Who is going to smackdown
2-Who is going to compete, first and last name
3-What events you want to compete in
4-What car you are going to compete in, Make, Model, Year, Color, and Licence Plate # and state
5-What number you want for your driver number, again, if you dont give me one, i will assign you one
6-Who is going to the banquet, first and last name
7-When you register you will also need your address, phone #, drivers licence # and state, e-mail, emergency contact and their address and phone/cell phone #
8-They will check the following during tech inspection - brake lines, tires good, hubcaps are off, suspension, wheel bearings, and lug nuts are tight - engine belts, no leaks, throttle linkage, battery securely mounted, battery cables, all fluids, no fuel odor - steering wheel, brake pedal firm, pedals operate freely, seat belts, no loose objects inside or outside of car - a Snell 95 or better helmet
